Robert showed my wife and I several homes in Osprey, Casey Key, and the Oaks Club. He is a consummate professional, and is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the homes in the area, including the actual value of homes based on condition, area, etc., regardless of what the seller is asking. We haven't yet purchased a home, but we are narrowing down the search with Robert's expert assistance, and we will soon be ready to sign on the dotted line and purchase our vacation home. If you are looking for real estate in Florida, I can't recommend Robert enough because of his availability, knowledge, and non-pushy attitude that is so rare in a real estate agent.

I cannot say enough great things about Shawna! We moved to Venice, FL from AZ and she was so knowledgeable about the area. She listened to our needs and took the time to find us the perfect place. Then worked late into the evening to facetime us to tour it and negotiate our deal. She has connections for everything locally which helped through inspections, etc. Thank you Shawna for everything!
